when i was in highschool i was quite overweight, so one day i went to the store and bought a weight set (not big just 150lbs)
i started out with a slow workout, before bed i did 10 shoulder presses, and 10 curls, and ran on the treadmill for like 2 mins (lol) ..
but then every week i stepped it up a little bit (added more weight to the weight bar) and ran for a little longer
then once i hit 200lbs on the bar and ran for 20 minutes, i stepped it up and did it 2 times a day, then once i did that for a month or so, i stepped it up to three times a day
and now it has become habit, that if i do not workout for those three times, i feel weird, i went from 270 lbs to 190 lbs in a little over a year, and i set at a solid weight that i wanted to be at.
Hey man, that must of been an awesome transformation for yourself! Congratulations! It's always enjoyable for me to hear success stories like that, and not to mention the motivational notes that come with it.
