Post taking fruit juice with creapure mono?
Hi guys,
I have just poured creapure and fresh fruit juice from asda into my training flask, is it ok to mix the two togethger and should i take my creapure every day even on non training days? as i am starting back on it again after a break.??

cheers for that, any advice on trying to lose a few pounds, im lookin to lose 5pounds so i can get back down to 10.2 i am currently 10.7stone.

Good luck with that. That'll detox your body for sure. lol Milk works for me, also not a good combination. It helps it go down smoother though.

10.7 stone? What is that in lbs.? I suggest running, jogging or walking two miles a day. If you don't want to do that, play basketball, exercise, etc. for thirty minutes a day.

10st 7lbs is 147lbs - hope that helps

To lose the weight as above trying walking 2 miles every day and the weight will fly off - that is what I have been doing I have nearly lost all the baby weight I put on during pregnancy :) good luck
