Hey man, sorry for the extremely late reply lol. Been real busy with school and stuff. Just to be straight up, best thing to do to gain quick muscle mass is eat a lot of foods high in calories, protein, and carbs. And stick to those multi-joint exercises like bench, squats, power cleans, and deadlifts as the core of your workout routine.
Now supplement wise, if you don't have time to munch on food, you can always go with a weight gainer supplement. And aside from prohormones, the best supplement I've used for strength gains is caffeine. If there's such a supplement that lives up to it's word, it's definitely caffeine. This doesn't mean go out and buy a shit load of energy drinks like redbull and monster, stick to natural sources of caffeine like coffee and green tea. And definitely stay away from the energy pills, those will fuck you up big time in the side-effect department and I can definitely vouch for that lol.
And most importantly, get plenty of sleep each night. The most amount of recovery occurs during while you're sleeping. If you ain't getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night, your muscles aren't going to recover the proper way and won't be able to perform 100% during your next workout. And I can definitely vouch for that as well lol. There was a time during when I was only getting 3-4 hours of sleep each night and kept my size/strength gains at a plateau for the longest. So there you have it man.
