I use Vitamin B12 and Vitamin E because they are good for the skin.
To put it bluntly, the best supplement you can take for your body is food. But really, there are numerous supplements that can be beneficial for our bodies and we can't really single out a single product that would be considered the best for ourselves. Off the top of my head, a multi-vitamin supplement would probably be beneficial for the general population especially those who are physically active on a daily basis.
