Post Benefits of Creatine?
One of my friends buys huge tubs of this stuff, and he says it only makes you look like you have more muscle. The price tag is expensive, so I ask- why buy it? And how can you make yourself 'look' like you have muscle without actually having it?

Creatine confuses me.

lol I've heard of this. My brother used to take it. It bulks you up but the second you stop taking it regularly or you lose weight, it makes you look gross. Your body goes as if you were 60 or something. It's good if you plan on taking it often with the intention of actually lifting weights and growing natural muscles. If not, don't take it.

If you take this creatine make sure to drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated. But I don't believe this product is good for body. It is still best to have muscles thru proper diet and exercise.

Creatine makes you look bulkier this is true, the main reason is because creatine makes the body look bigger because of the water weight creatine adds.

It's just stored water in the muscle zones.
