I run sprinting for my high school. and i run about 5 times a week. well what my question is. i want to gain atleast 10 more pounds of mscle and then cut it all down for track. my question is how can i keep the muscle i gain while running track because i kno its hard to gain muscle when running track. please if you have any sugestions let me know. thanks.

There is no guarantee that you'll keep all the muscle that you want during track season...But one thing is a must, make sure you keep your diet in check by consuming sufficient amount of nutrients (good fats, complex carbs, protein) that your body needs in order to maintain and grow.

yeah. i know its going to be hard thats what sucks but yah know cvant do much about that haha. but yeah im only running witner track this year b/c my school just got a rugby team so i want to go and play that and i know i gotta gain some size for that espicially.

A rugby team?!? Thats pretty sweet! I wish my high school had a rugby team.

yeah , my old math teacher from 10 grade is a semi pro rugby player, and hes just gettign moved up to to pro so its pretty sick... he was always tlakig about it ad comming i with broken bones every week and i just thought the sport was sick and the school finally let him make a team for the huigh school so im going to play that. so i will probably have to gain a little mroe size to protect my self haha.

Thats pretty cool man. But yea, rugby is definitely one of the most roughest physical contact sports out there.

haha ooooh yeah. its gunna be crazy . but im not going tio be surprised if there are somerestrictions in high school for it but i highly doubt alot b/c then it would just ruin the sport.

true true...With restrictions on the game, it's not going to be as much fun as it looks. Hopefully they won't though.

yeah but we will find out in a few months ....ill just ask my old math teacher hes the one tht got the rugby team he'll tell me
