Post Tennis
One sport that I've found is great throughout the years to keep you active is tennis. Ok, I'm pretty young...but so far at least...and I can definitely see it continuing. Playing tennis is probably the most active thing you'll see an older person do.
Training to be good at tennis though...that's a whole other story. You've got to be a great sprinter....have good arm strength...

What do you think can train your accuracy though? Is that really just practice?

I love tennis - watching it and playing it I haven't played it in years but it is a great sport, I love it esp in the summer when the sun is out and you are with friends playing it.

I used to play it in school and loved it but over the years it has just fizzled out to watching it :) But I can sit there and watch people playing it on the courts :)

It is very hard to watch a tennis game without getting bored , this is what i think and this is why i do not practice it.
My love for soccer came from the games that i have watched at tv while i was younger and this what i do now, although i have no doubt that this is for some people a more interesting game.

Tennis is the best game, which helps people in losing weight , as it involves a lot of running, moreover it is a game which involves concentration, So of course this game sharpens your mind.

--> Well, i think practice is everythin, without practice you'll never become a good tennis-player. To train you accuracy you most do the right practices and you must do a wide variety of practices.

A simple practice to train accuracy my tennis-trainer often did was putting a ball-box on the point which must be hit. Then he shooted the ball to us and we had to reach it and try to hit the box. As we were always more than one in the excercise hours, we counted every hit as a point and the loosers had to clean up the court after training.
