 Tennis
I hope I didn't skip over another thread. But what do you guys think about tennis, and it's effects on your "fitness"?. I have been playing alot of tennis, and it is a great game for my cardio. Instead of a small run, alot of times I will simply play an hour or two of tennis. Any thoughts?

 Re: Tennis
Tennis is yet another high intense activity, and provides a great cardio workout. But for some people like me that have no form or technique, I most often just bash the ball out of the caged area. lol

 Re: Tennis
I've played tennis for 7 years and it kept me very fit over time. I am a player anyway and i think games, especialy competitive games like tennis, are much better way of excercise than just running, walking or jogging. It's fun AND it keeps you fit.
