Yes jogging is mainly for women.
Reasons:
- very boring , it has no purpose, no aim , no goal, is not like running when you chronometer your time or something like that.
- it is usually done by the girls in my college just to impress the guys with their body shape; you will never see a guy trying to impress a girl just by jogging every morning.
- it is helpful for losing weight, when a woman want to lose weight she will go for jogging, when a guy wants to lose weight he will go for body building by power lifting.
More reasons to come later on

i don't buy it ... in order to train for marathons, there are full-out running ... when it's you against the stopwatch ... but in order to be on the top of your game, long jogs are also very beneficial ... even to male runners ...
and by your reasoning, you would be suggesting that i am both female in the fact that i've never wanted to lose weight, just simply stay in shape ... i was in cross country and track, AND in weight training ... so, how does that work out???

Jogging is an excellent form of exercise which keeps your mind and body ,fresh and healthy. My advice is that, early morning jogging must be bought into practice by joggers.
