i am in GYM for 1 year, and i have an average shapes and curves in my body. everyone here from my GYm centre are going for Bodybuilding contest....!! but i dont want to go for that contest.

how many of you think that, we should compete in contests....??

I`m in for two years and i must say that you must do this for your own interest not for the competition but if you want to compete that needs lots of hard work and professional vision.

If you have the heart and desire, go for it. If you put your mind to it, you can do anything.
