Post My maxes
Well, I don't know all of maxes as of yet. I still have about 3 more weeks until we max out in my weight training class. Also, I am 5'5, started working out a month ago. I used to weigh 135, but gained about 15lbs in a month. Anyways, here's a few maxes that I know:

Jan 23
Squats: 200...Was 135 when I started.
Bench: 135...Was at like 110.<<Man, was that embarrassing.

Now, here's some that I'm guestamating.

Powercleans: 145....
Incline Bench: 125...

Alright, I got some updates:
Feb 12
Squats: 250
Bench: 165
Powercleans: 145 Didn't do nothing at all, but then again I was estimating the last time
Incline Bench: 140

I'm not quite sure what else. I don't know about deadlifts, we don't even do those, nor do we do incline benches, I normally have to come home to do those. Also, I have taken creatine for only two weeks when I first started, same with protein shakes. I currently do not take anything.

nice work! even though i'm a girl, the first few weeks in my weight training class were some of THE most embarrassing times ever ... i knew absolutely nothing, nor could i lift at all like that ... i was used to throwing hay bales and driving trucks without power steering and roping and tying steers ...

Yeah, same with me lol. I'm still trying to get used to it, because we have an over crowded class, so, we can never finish the exercises we need to do. I never really done much but move furniture and rebuild our back deck. Rebuilding the back deck really helped with my legs though..

i have to take gov. second semester instead of weight training ... i've been getting to the weight room about 7 every morning and lifting with the few kids who get out of bed for 7AM elective classes ... even though i'm not getting credit for the "class", it's definitely worth being there ...

I took a weightlifting class first semester. It counted as .25 credits for me (: And i took it during football season so i could get stronger while everyone else wasnt lifting (:

Thats the way to go! Get ahead of everyone while everybody else is slacking off lol.

The high school I went to, you would get a full credit for weightlifting. I hated those type of schools where they would only give you half a credit for any class.

That's some nice stats, and some nice improvement, is there a specific area your working on? What sort of diet are you on?

No, not really. Do one area, may as well do the rest. Not on one, I couldn't find one to work out right. I need to go on some kind of diet, I'm beginning to get fat around my stomach area. I don't know, maybe I need to go running again..do some cardio or something.

Hey hey, you've gained quite a bit on all your lifts. Thumbs up man. Just keep progressing and training hard! :D

One thing...If I were you, I'd hit cardio ATLEAST once a week. I remember a couple years ago during one of my first bulking cycles, the first couple weeks I excluded cardio from my workout routine. At times, I'd find myself getting tired fast just trying to climb a few fleet of stairs. I definitely learned a lesson there. haha

Thanks.

Yeah, I need to. I can't seem to find much time for it, though.

Xeric, like I mentioned before...It all depends upon you. If you want to improve your stats, you're going to have to switch up your workout routine and work even harder.
