If you're wanting to build your strength up, stick to reps in the range of 3-5. But since I'm guessing you're training sports specific, just keep doing what your coaches wanting you to do. How long have you been working out?

For you, any basic protein supplement would be a good start. Along with that, a multi-vitamin supplement would be a good investment as well. As for super gainers fuel, looks like another weight gainer product. Twin labs isn't my normal choice of brand, but it's something you could start with...Just remember though, don't get too dependent on supplements....Because aside from weight training, real gains are made within the kitchen with whole foods. Protein supplements are designed to "supplement" your training, and should not be considered the primary support of your lifting program.

By the way, do you play football for hart county by any chance?? lol.

Nah I didn't mean you shouldn't use supplements, just don't get too dependent on them. A lot of people I know gets so hyped up about supplements that they forget all about their diet. But yea man, any basic protein supplement would be a good start.

I used to play for HC :]. So how was hart county's season this year? I heard yall played pretty good...

I apologize for the late reply.

Just in case if you haven't already maxed out, here are some good tips:

-Get plenty of sleep the day before your lifts.
-Load up on a high carb meal a couple hours before.
-Prior to maxing out, make sure you get a proper warm-up.
-Make sure you're mentally focused on your lifts. Any internal and external distractions can sometimes inhibit the best of your strength.
-Use correct breathing technique.
-After each successful attempt, make sure you don't add too much weight on the next attempt if you're trying to go for more.
-And of course last but not least, have a spotter. X] lol

Yeah with all that equipment they have in that small weight room and everybody working out at the same time, I can definitely see some problems towards space availability. I think HC is due for another extension for weightlifting activities.

And yea just rest that foot up bro. This is the time to condition for football, and the last thing you want is any potential injuries that may hinder your playing performance on the playing field. Btw, isn't spring training just around the corner?
