Post READ BEFORE YOU POST AGAIN
First off, let me say we're very excited to have an active forum.

Secondly, though, I must ask that before you post, check these following things ...

1. Has somebody already posted a topic about this?
2. Am I going to contain links in this (which are no-no's)
3. Is this answer easily found by using a common search engine such as google?
4. Is this post so generic it's stupid?
5. Am I making unguided suggestions or diagnoses that could potentially be harmful to someone?

Sometimes, the post you want to make has been made, maybe in a bit different of a manner, and sometimes on a different board ... Some of you have posted generic topics that really have no relevence or statistics to back them up ... Not cool, if you want to discuss something, that's fine ... If you want to know something about, say tennis-elbow (I SAW THIS ONE) or what composes a grain (SEEN THIS ONE TOO), do some basic research on your own, first ... then, if you want to discuss it or share your findings, by all means, please do ... but all I ask is that you don't use links ... If your post is so generic it's stupid, don't even bother unless you have some way to back up your statement or there's a reason why our forum members need to know ... finally, don't make diagnoses or medical claims ... you can make suggestions, but don't tell someone to take this kind of medicine or that supplement or whatnot ... any ailment or pain or desire to add supplements or vitamins to your diet or exercise plan should be cleared by a physician first-off ... if someone does make a medical diagnoses or tell you to do something, don't just take their word for it, confirm it with your trusted physician ...

I'm hoping that these guidelines will make life on the forums here a little bit nicer and more pleasant ... If you guys feel these are unreasonable, or if there's something bothering you, please contact either me or GNC ... we're here for you guys, after all ...
