Protect your heart ? The chocolate way.
Chocolate contains potent antioxidants that can boost heart health. But not just any chocolate will do. First off dark chocolate ( the darker the better ) generally contains more antioxidants content than milk chocolate. Also, the way the coco beans are processed can influence the potency of the antioxidant content.

Chocolate also contains Arginine! To a certain extent, chocolate may have some healthy benefits but i dont recommend it including into your diet of course.

the best kind of chocolate is the unprocessed, unsweetened, as natural as you can get chocolate ... bitter as heck ... less fattening, less calories, less sugar, but with the benefits of chocolate still!!!

In addition chocolate makes happy, too. So ( in moderation of course ) it can be very helpful.

As if I need an excuse to eat chocolate lol. It's amazing really how many food and drink substances that are generally thought of as bad for us can actually do us good in certain circumstances. Red wine is another example (and another favourite of mine!!)

Oh! I love chocolates. Good thing that aside from the danger it could bring to our health, it also somehow can be of help. It is really a good anti-depressant. I can attest to this. Because every time I'm depressed, I just eat a bar of favorite chocolate and my depression is gone.

Everyone loves chocolate this is for sure and maybe this is the reason that everyone try to find scientific explanation and benefits of the chocolate. In reality it is not highly recommendable to eat large amounts of chocolatel the fact that it helps protecting your heart is the first time i have ever heard this.

I have read in a newspaper that a chocolate excites you as much as a kiss; it is something related to brain or neuronal activity i do not remember the exact scientific explanation. However even if it contains the energy required for one meal, it does not mean that is very healthy. You can definitively skip a meal and take a chocolate buy if you do it too often then i guess you are in trouble.

READ MY ABOVE POST CLEARLY ...
the kind of chocolate they are talking about is pure chocolate, bitter, no sugar added ... there is literally no sugar in the pure form of chocolate ... if you guys have ever used bakers chocolate or baking cocoa (not hot chocolate mix) that's the stuff they're talking about ... not a Hershey's candy bar or a Snicker's ...
