Post Deep fried food good hor health?
Is deep fried food good for our health? Will it lead to any sort of side effects after days pass by?

As mentioned before, as long as its in moderation and that you're not pigging into fried foods EVERY single day...Then you're fine.

Not everyday as oil content may build up fat... try not eat food which has lot of fat in it..
