It's all on personal preference. Working your abs on chest day would be just as effective if you worked out abs on leg day. With me, I prefer to workout my abdominal section during leg and cardio days. And as for spacing your ab workouts...Just like any other muscle, they need sufficient time in order to recover...So I would say atleast 1-2 days between workouts.

Yea, just gotta lift hard, sleep and eat right. Those are the 3 major factors. It's a process, but it's definitely worth it. :)

Yes, I would say it's quite possible. It's just a matter of fine tuning your diet and exercise routine.

When trying to bulk up, or gain weight...Anything high in protein, calories, and carbs is going to contribute. Foods like chicken, turkey, pasta, mashed potatoes, oatmeal, tuna, rice, etc. :)

Bring small snacks that you can eat during the day during school before lunch. That's what I do. I get too hungry by the time lunch comes by. lol

Post Re: abdominals
I like to work the abs three times a week. For me, Monday, Wednesday, Friday is the easiest schedule for me to work on. Simple crunches have been the best way for me. I am always open to new ideas though!
