What is this for? Is this important? What advantages can it bring to those having regular workouts? My cousin is into weight loss. She is just starting to attend workout class? Is it necessary for her to always have this with her? We have not yet seen an example of this. Please provide us with the link of your own workout journals, if it?s fine with you.
