 Upper/Lower Split vs Isolation Split
Hello bodybuilding guru's
In your opinion or experience, for packing on mass, which routine is better?
I found an upper/lower body split which consists of :-
Upperbody :- Chest, Shoulders, Traps, Arms and Lats
Lowerbody :- Quads, Glutes, Calves, Abdominal & Lower Back
Monday - Upper
Tuesday - Lower
Friday - Upper
Saturday - Lower
Pretty straightforward, 3 sets 5 reps, 7 different exercises each day.
Isolation split
Monday : Shoulders & Traps
Tuesday : Biceps, Triceps & Forearms
Wednesday : Legs
Thursday : Upper / Lower Back
Friday : Chest & Abdominals
Saturday : Rest
Sunday : Rest
Same procedure, 3 sets, 5 reps, 5 exercises.
Considering I'm pretty lame at packing on mass, I use Toxictoffee's bulking diet. (thanks TT btw). Which split do you think will benefit me more.
Thanks for opinions / comments.

i prefer the upper lower split, the increased frequency aids in packing on the mass though obviously the exercise choice is important
