Need a bit of help with a decent arm routine. As much as i train, my arms don't get any bigger, stuck with puny 13" biceps when my chest, shoulders, back are gettin bigger. I train them just as much as every other part of my body if not more with indirect exercises. They just stay the same size!

Could be a number of things to be honest
Are you curling more weight than before?
How many times a week are you training Bi's and Tri's?
What exercises are you using?
I.e. more info is needed

I am the other way round I need them to be smaller
