So I'm about to start playing rugby in the next few weeks, and myself and a group of friends have just started training this week. My weekly schedule is as follows:
Mondays: AM-Sprinting PM-Weightlifting
Tuesdays: Sprinting/Cardio
Wednesdays: AM- Sprinting/Cardio PM-Weightlifting
Thursdays: Sprinting/Cardio
Fridays: AM-Sprinting/Cardio PM-weightlifting
Since I'm a little out of shape cardio wise, it's been a pretty rough week!

However it is rough, it still is hella fun! As I'm new to the sport, I'm really looking forward to playing. It's only been one week, but I can definitely tell my speed has gone up. As the next oncoming days come by, I'll be logging my workouts on a daily basis. Or at least try to when I have the time. Anyways folks, til next time!
