lol yea, it's been a good while since I've last updated my log. I'll log in my next workout session in after tomorrows workout. I thinkkkkk, I'm doing chest and triceps...Or was it chest and biceps, ha I'll figure it out.

Bent-over DB rows (pronated grip): 60x10, 70x8, 70x8, 70x10.
EZ-Barbell curls: 85x20, 85x20, 85x20, 85x20.
