If you're going to want to build a little bit more muscle mass...I would definitely cut down on the cardio and also increase your calorie intake by maybe a thousand or so. And also you have to make sure you're also getting the right amount of protein/fats/and carbs. The reason I say this is because, after you've done your cardio workout..By the time you start lifting, your muscles barely have any energy to lift. And having the lack of energy, your muscles won't be able to grow at their maximum potential. I'll offer two suggestions:
A) You either cut down your cardio by only doing it every other day or perhaps maybe it cut down to once a week. I think once a week would be more effective.
B) Or if you have to absolutely do cardio everyday, I'd recommend you lift first prior to your cardio workout. And if you're able to, space your lifting routine and cardio workout atleast 4-6 hours apart.
