Greetings. My name is Rodney, and I am in my mid 20's, from Central Illinois. I am not a huge muscle man by anymeans, but I do love to run, lift, and stay on shape! I hope you welcome me to the message board!

Thanks GNK! I enjoy your website. I am not the most "inshape" guy, but I do like to workout, and stay "fit". I enjoy reading others thoughts, as well!
