 Bad breath
What do you do for bad breath? I usually suffer from this, unless I spend extra time in the morning really scrubbing my teeth and tongue. Even then, bad breath comes back rather fastly after a meal such as lunch.
Assume no mints or gums are available, what's a good all natural remedy? LOTS of water perhaps?

Bad breath usually means that you have some thing wrong with a tooth or something I would get it checked out
My husband had a problem - and he went to the dentist and it was sorted which was cool much better

There could be a lot of factors contributing to having bad breath. One is if there's something wrong with your teeth. Next, maybe you have gingivitis. Or there could be a problem on your stomach or something, because you're on a diet. Better consult your dentist and doctor on this.

I actually do have acid reflux from time to time. Not as often anymore, I think I grew out of it. But, it isn't too bad of a case of bad breath I am dealing with. What I really wanted to find out was a why to cover up bad breath when no other common alternatives are available.
Imagine eating a piece of garlic bread, and have bad breath as a result. What do you do to rid yourself of the smell?

hmm, if it's right after waking up, it's because the natural bacteria in your mouth need oxygen ... to remedy this, i use singing along to the radio to my hearts content my excuse ... and it works!!!

Haha. Next time I eat a piece of garlic bread, I will begin to breathe in and out very deeply. I might pass out, but I'll have good smelling breath!
Interesting, that germs need the oxygen, and will stop making your mouth smell bad as a result. I'll keep that in mind too.

i can't guarantee it'll get rid of food odors in the mouth, but the nasty rank smell that our mouths accumulate overnight is definitely aided by this ... my secret weapon is Altoids ... they're my gum, i could eat them all day if i needed ... but they also help with bad breath ... be sure to drink plenty of water with your meals, and that'll definitely help, too ...

You get bad breath if you tend to breath through your mouth. Make sure you breath with your nose, and clean your mouth with water after every meal.
