As a well known quote goes, “Early to sleep, early to rise makes a man health, wealthy and wise”. This pretty much sums up the importance of waking up early. It is very important that you go to bed early so that you can wake up early. You should make sure that you get your due 7 or 8 hours of sleep a day for your body to function well.

Getting up early in the morning is the best start to a day. It ensures that you are active and above all, healthy. A late start to a day could spoil your entire mood.
