 Your Gym Facility
What are some things you dislike about your gym facility? This can be anything ranging from the staff members, workout equipment, bathrooms, etc etc.

Sounds like your more of a fan of free weights. I am too when it comes down to working out certain muscle groups like chest and biceps. Machines are everywhere of the gym I go to. Although, I don't really mind using certain exercise machines like maybe the abdominal crunch machine they have at my gym. Woooo, if you want to build up some muscle in the abdominal section, that'll do it for ya lol. I try to balance it out rotating between using free weights and machines when I exercise certain muscle groups.

-People who dont use deodorant.
-People who talk on cell phones.
-People who dont rack up their own weights.
-People that have too much of an ego.
-People who stare.
These are some of my annoyances.

I don't like working out with a bunch of people. They always overbook the place. Everyone stinks, it's understandable though. The equiptment is never wiped down and some of it are even rusting. The showers are filled with mildew. There's a lot of things about public gyms I don't like.

At the moment i don't visit a gym, so these are some general points :
- the prices
- opening hours
- the bathrooms
- unfriendly or even frightening staff

my facility is my school weight room ... these are my complaints
- high school guys have yet to figure out how to wash their workout clothes more than once per school year
- high school boys need more deodorant than they think
- football players think they're these big bad dudes
- chics aren't very welcome
- they play rap and gangsta music ALL the time on the radio instead of mixing it up
- the guys in the weight room are jerks
- the guys in the weight room think all chics are just a piece of ass

lol...I was one of those guys. Of course, hanging out with all the other jocks and just being a football player in general gave me somewhat of an ego . Anybody involved in high school athletics will have some sort of an ego boost. No matter what sport. Although, I think football players tend to show it the most.

i wouldn't mind so much if they had an ego but were polite at the same time ... but it's pretty pathetic ...
i wouldn't say all sports/jocks have their egotistical kids ...
on cross country this year, it was pretty sweet ... those of us non-snobs who didn't get things handed to us by our parents hung out every weekend from the beginning of august through november ... we'd go to ranches and have bonfires, we'd go on trail rides, we'd go hiking, we'd play video games, we'd play hide'n'go seek tag in the dark in fields, we'd have chubby bunny contests (of which i hold the current record for our group - 21 of the large puffed marshmallows, yeh), we'd go muddin', we'd chase sheep, we'd tell ghost stories, it was a blast ... and none of the nine of us had egos ... we just pretended we did to intimidate the other kids on our team we hated ... lol ...
