 What should I do?
My arms are pretty small, more so at the wrists. I don't have any equitment to use, but would like to bulk up some. What could I use thats easy to weight, and how should I lift it? Thanks

first i must ask these questions
1. do you have access to a gym, through a membership, or are you willing to get one???
2. do you own your own set of free weights, or are you willing to purchase one???
3. are you looking to do so using at-home stuff like cans and jugs???

1) Yes, but have no time to go there, maybe only Saturday morning.
2) No, Rather not buy a pair either, moving in a few weeks... one more thing I'll have to pack.
3) Basicly. I've heard of Milk Jugs and books, but not sure how many reps/sets to do, ect.
Thanks

so basically, your focus is going to be on your forearms ... obviously stretches are a great way just to get the muscles loose and warmed up ... one of the best for forearms is to put one arm straight out in front of you, palm facing away so you're staring at the back of your hand, or like you're pushing on a wall ... with your other hand, grasp your fingertips and gently pull your fingertips back towards you ... do some wrist rotations, switch arms, and repeat ... do this a few times ... then, one thing that you can do is sit with a large, bulky can, or a milk jug filled with liquid or beans or whatever weight is manageable to do a fair amount of reps, and take a seat ... with your knees apart, let your arm, holding the weight dangle between your knees, butt scooted towards the edge of the seat ... holding the weight, turn it so your palm is facing out ... with the weight, curl just your wrist upwards, keeping the rest of your arm stationary ... do ten reps ... then switch arms and repeat ... i would aim for two to four reps of ten ...

Thanks for the reply. The last 2 days I've had a milkjug filled full of water and I did 20 reps for each arm, then did a few situps, and did another 15 reps right after. I'm going to try for doing it 4 times in a row. Thanks again.

I just read the topic and rememberd my first days.I`ve started just like you and not by a gym-center.I`ve started on my own.I`ve bought a set of bars and weights then use them. Also it is a very good way for motivation.Because whenever you want to work you can work at your home.

After a while if you can and you still don't go to the gym or own in-home equipment start trying to curl two full jugs in each hand unless your hands are too small but I have small hands but I can still grasp it.
