 YOGA
My mom joins a yoga class. This is a good activity for the wellness of our body. This is a good relaxation and stress reliever activity. However, I did not join her because I don't like activity like this. I would prefer joining a dance class. How about you?

cmick - did you start with some beginner moves on your own, or did you take a class ... classes can be helpful, but they killed me too ... start with a few moves per day ... max of ten minutes a day, a few times a week ... the stretching of the muscles will help you be better at the other exercises and workouts you may be interested in ...

From ancient times, Indian sages have practiced YOGA & have lived a peaceful life. YOGA gives mental peace & solves health problems. YOGA must be practiced regularly to stay fit & fine.
