I am 190lbs Male I am 6ft tall. have been working out for four months. I used to weight 250+lbs 4 months ago.
Here are my goals
To maintain Weight
Measurement goals
Neck 16.7 inches
Bisects 15.7
Forearms 13.1
Chest 43.5
Waist 32.6
Hips 39.2
Thighs 23.5
Calfs 15.7
Here Are My Actual Measurements
Neck 15.5
R Bicep 13.125 L Bicep 12.125 it annoys me to no end that they r an inch apart
R Forearm11.5 l fore arm 11.375
Chest 40.125
Waist 38.25
Hips 36.5
Thighs 20.75
R Calf 14.5 L calf 15.125
Any advice on a workout routine that could help me reach my goal. I Take a multi vitamin every day but I refuse to take any other supplement.

Congratulations upon your current achievements! And its also good to hear that you're avoiding the supplement route. Too many people rely on supplements believing that they are the answers to getting the body they desire...When in fact, it's their diet and training program that will get them results if done the right way. Anyways...As for recommending a specific training program...Google "Max-OT training program." I've heard by many that its an excellent training program and best of all its free.
