 Regular walking.
We are all worried about expanding waists, bulging thighs, aching and bending backs, heart problems and a thousand other ailments. But have you ever thought that all these problems could be solved to a considerable extent, simply by regular walking?
Walking is the best mode of exercise. It requires no equipment, money, material, companion, team, turf, court or club membership. You need just plain canvas shoes and the will to walk!
I walk for 4-5 kilometers a day. Do you walk everyday?

I am starting a routine where i walk on my 2 days off from work.starting off at 1 mile on the treadmill

Regular walk is very essential for health and i have noticed that many people are effected by regular walk. So it is a best source of exercise. orange county boot camps

Walk is best exercise among all. Walk is simplest solution of weight problem. With walk we can easily lose weight and stay fit. A 30 minute walk regularly is best for fitness. Yoga Classes Spokane
