Regular exercise helps in maintaining the brains ability to change focus quickly from one situation to another, besides protecting the heart which is the first to feel the effects of stress.
Do you agree to my above statement ?

I'm sure everybody here will agree that regular exercising in general is good for you. :wink:

it is easy to say that regularly exercising is good for you, but the question is how often do you regularly exercise?
for example if i exercise once per month i can say that this are regularly exercising cause i do it regularly every month , but this might be of no help for me.

Certainly nickflame once a month is not seems like regular.I think once a week or twica a week can be accepted like regular exercise.I do exercise three times a week.

Yeah I like to jog a lot and also stretching out before you warm-up or start lifting helps out a lot too.

Only once a month? It would be more effective if you were working out 2-3 times a week regularly.
