Breast exercising is very important to keep the health and shape of the breast. It is important to meet your health care professional before starting the exercises. I am going to explain an exercise I do regularly to maintain my breast figure.
First stand facing a wall with feet hip width apart. You should keep approximately 18-20 inches from the wall. Place hand forward and lean in and then push back to upright. When you place your hands forward, remember to place hands with shoulder width apart and in line with shoulders. This exercise is called “Press Ups”. It is very easy to practice in a limited space.
