Post Depression Remover
Exercising causes the brain to release feel-good chemicals called endorphins, which boost our mood. People who regularly take part in short of some kind are also known to feel more confident about their bodies and more in control of their lives day to concentrate on themselves.

For this season exercise is now widely recommended for sufferers of depression and mood swings.

I don't do exercise against depression but one of the reasons i am going to the gym is because it realy makes you feel better. Of course it's very easy to imagine that this "good feeling" can help against depression. (The same thing is true for cannabis, by the way)

Kinda random about the cannabis (lol), but true enough man! For me, working out is not a chore, not a job, but a lifestyle that I believe in. Weight lifting gives me the space to ventilate my inner stresses and helps me keep a stable head on my shoulders. It's my anti-drug pretty much. :]

Hi star1,
I agree with your statement. My reason for joining gym was also depression.
I am sure most of the people agree you eat more when you are depressed. My appetite increased resulting I gained extra weight.
But since I started gym I never get depressed and I am feeling energetic, fresh and sharp after exercise.
