 Back pain
Hi members i recently joined a gym a month back. when doing my routine for shoulder the final one(Dumbbell in both hands raising the shoulder alone up and down) i increased my weight and i got back pain.I consulted with my master he did tell me some warm ups and some exercise it was fine for that moment. Routine went well and the next week when doing the same i got pain again.. plz suggest some thing.
