How to protect your eyes while studying
Cold water is the best medicine for your eyes. Also, the most important thing students should remember is, they should not sit in front of the light. The light should always be at your back. Studying in white light is better. Keep the book at least 30cm away from your eye. Do not read for every long at one go. It can result in a headache. Ideally, you should not read for more than two hours at a time. Take a 10-15 minute break after every two hours of reading. Covering your eyes with your palms is one of the best ways to relax the eye. Don?t use eye drops because it dilutes tea secretion and your eyes start watering which in trouble some for reading. Wash the eye with cold water. It is the best medicine for the eyes.
