 Your diet plan
You can follow this diet plan, which is as follows:
1)Eat small quantities of food every three hours.
2)Avoid late dinner. Dine at least three hours before bedtime and this meal should be the lightest of the day.
3)If you imbibe alcohol, consume it in moderation. Alcohol, consume it in moderation. Alcohol should not be taken more than twice a week. Men should not have more than two drinks ( one drink is equivalent to 33ml for spirits, 100ml for wine, 330ml for beer, and women not more than one drink at a time.
4)Drinking eight to 10 glasses of fluid that includes water, is a must.
5)Have your daily dose of vitamin C ( for a healthy immune system) and vitamin B complex, which prevents heart disease, anaemia and improves celleular health.
6)Whole fruits are always preferred over fruit juice.
7)Include green tea or herbal tea to add necessary antioxidants to your body. Opt for tea without milk to avoid acidity and this will also maximize the antioxidants in your body.

Thanks for giving such a wonderful tip dude i was concerned about my diet as i joined recently in a gym.. your diet tips are the one i am following..thanks again...
